1. The Promotion is open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Rivmixx, their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. The promotion runs from 12.00pm on 4th August 2009 to 12.00pm on friday 18th
september 2009 (inclusive).
3. To enter, entrants must enter online by entering their details into the fields marked with an asterisk.
4. Only 1 entry per person per event. (there are 7 events)
5. There are 2 prizes of two guest passes to We Love @ Space Ibiza.
6. The prize consists of two guest passes to We Love @ Space Ibiza for the winner and friend (who must be over the age of 18) to attend the Event.
7. The prize does not include any extras and the winner will be liable for all costs over and above the prize, including but not limited to: -
a) Travel
b) Accommodation
c) Meals
8. The winner should refer to the Venues websites for further details in relation to location, travel and accommodation etc.
9. The prize will be awarded to the winner in the form of 2 guest lists to We Love @ Space Ibiza and will be notified by Rivmixx via email.
10. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries.
11. The free prize draw will take place each friday morning 8 days before the selected event during the free prize period.
12. The winner will be notified by email.
13. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part
14. The winner agrees that their name, gender and county may be made available by the Promoter.
15. The winner may be requested to take part in any publicity arising from the award of the prize.
16.Individual user can enter for each of the events offered in the competition but no more than one entry per event. Multiple entries will invalidate any of the entries the user makes.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner, should the original winner not validate their identity and age within 24 hours of having been notified by the Promoter as the prizewinner. A redraw will take place.
20. A redraw will take place under the same terms & conditions as the original draw.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
22. The Promoter also reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or any other difficulties, or for any other reason, with no liability to any entrants, the prizewinners or any third party.
24. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. No responsibility is accepted for any entry which, due to a technical error or any other reason, is not delivered to Rivmixx or is delayed. Proof of submitting an on-line entry form is not proof of delivery.
26. Limitations of liability. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
a) Any incorrect or inaccurate submission of personal details, or any faulty electronic data transmissions.
b) Communication line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites servers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this draw.
c) Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or any combination thereof.
d) Any injury or damage to any participants or to any other person's computer or any other property which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the draw.
e) If the draw or promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity of the proper conduct of this draw, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole distraction to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the draw in whole or in part. Entrants will be notified of any change in writing.
f) The internet is not a secure medium and information submitted to this promotion may be accessed by third parties.
27. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
28. Prize draw terms & conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
